Fine Lines recommends pavers, but we excel at installing all three options. Here’s why pavers are a great choice:

Customization: Pavers offer a high level of customization.

Durability: Pavers have joints that prevent cracking and withstand harsh weather conditions better than concrete.

Color Longevity: Pavers maintain their color longer compared to stained concrete, which fades under UV light.

Easy Repairs: If a paver gets stained or damaged, we can easily replace it. This is much simpler than replacing an entire concrete slab, which is difficult to match exactly.

Cost-Effective: Although pavers have a higher upfront cost, they are less expensive in the long run due to lower maintenance costs and greater longevity.

Safety: Pavers are more slip-resistant than stained and stamped concrete, which can become dangerously slick when wet.

Weeds will only grow if the patio is built incorrectly. We use ⅜-inch angular rocks in the bedding layer, which are excellent for drainage and compaction and prevent weed growth. Sand, which can promote weed growth, is not used in our installations.
